that has grown alongside it. What began as a community rooted in beauty and wellness has now expanded into the
heart of Napa Valley, where entrepreneurship, hospitality, tech, and craftsmanship intersect in extraordinary ways.
This year, we stepped boldly into new territory: wine, aviation, construction, automotive culture, and—for the first
time—welcoming men into our ecosystem of conscious founders and innovators.
This evolution was made possible by one pivotal message from Andrew Mazotti, whose invitation into Napa
opened doors I didn’t yet know existed. Through his collaborative spirit and belief in our mission, our agency has
been able to connect with new partners, new industries, and an entirely new audience.

Elaine Gong was raised in a remote region called Daliang Mountain in southern part of the province of Sichuan in China. After studying chemical engineering at University of Cambridge and gaining experience at Unilever, she became passionate about skincare. This passion, combined with a personal need for effective products, led to the founding of SIMPLY THIS.
She partnered up with her husband and focused on creating high-quality, sustainable skincare products. The brand, emphasizing efficacy and natural ingredients, gained traction in China and recently expanded to the United States to become a significant player in the global clean beauty market.
