Founder House · Travel Edition · Palm Springs, CA
The first coed Founder House — a 23-room private estate in downtown Palm Springs, entirely ours. No front desk, no strangers by the pool, no one on the property but us. Founders from around the world, with select creators and artists in the room. And yes — cameras have a schedule here. Content happens at the styled sets and sessions you choose, never in your downtime.
The house
Framed by mountains, palms, and midcentury modern homes, this 23-room private estate sits in the heart of downtown Palm Springs — walkable to dining, bars, and the art museum. No check-in desk, no lobby, no other guests. Step out of your room and straight into the pool.
Two private pools heated for our stay, with daybeds, cabanas, and ample poolside lounging.
Two hot tubs and a sauna for slow mornings and post-session resets.
Road bikes available to explore downtown Palm Springs between sessions.
Downtown Palm Springs — walk to restaurants, galleries, and golden-hour mountain views.
Free on-site and street parking if you're driving in.
Neon signs, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, life-size chess board, and midcentury backdrops in every direction.
Your room
Every guest gets their own bed — no exceptions. Choose a shared room to split the house with a new friend, or take a private king room or signature suite for total privacy. Nearly every room has its own en-suite bathroom, and many have their own kitchenette.
Social
Two guests, one room, two separate beds — a king and a full sofa bed. Come with a friend or get matched.
Private
Your own room, your own king bed, private en-suite bath. The door closes and it's all yours.
Signature
The estate's signature suites — extra space, premium placement, and first pick of the property.
What's included
The Founder House method: body, mindset, intuition, peace — then business. Workbook included.
A dedicated session for every guest — shoot across our styled sets and walk away with a full portfolio of fresh photo and video content.
One curated evening designed for real connection — founders and creators, poolside, golden hour onward.
The kitchen stays stocked. Fire pit conversations run on late-night bites and good drinks.
Optional breathwork and movement to open each day — inner foundations first.
An outdoor screening under the palms — the unofficial best conversation spot of the weekend.
A styled, all-attendee content moment against the mountains. Your feed will thank you.
Full access to Creator Day — our 50+ attendee gathering of creators, founders, and collaborators.
Your sponsored welcome arrival bag — a curated tote of travel, wellness, and poolside essentials waiting in your room at check-in.
The flow
The schedule includes several group sessions — the opening circle, the keynote, and the closing session. Everything else runs multi-track and fully optional: shoot at the sets, sleep in, read by the pool, sauna and hot tub, bike into town, book quiet time, or do absolutely nothing. Recharging is the programming.
Opening circle · keynote & workbook · networking night · closing session. The moments we all show up for.
Content sessions at the sets · morning breathwork · movie night · Creator Day programming. Join what serves you.
Nap. Read. Float. Ride bikes downtown. Close your door. No one is taking attendance.
The sets
Across the weekend, we transform corners of the property into fully styled mini-film sets — each one a real way groups book this house. Shoot yourself into every scene and leave with a portfolio no single-location retreat can match. Filming lives at the sets and scheduled sessions only — participation is always your choice, and the rest of the estate stays camera-free.
Poolside celebration styling — built for the modern bachelorette or coed bachelor weekend.
A semi-corporate look: boardroom-in-paradise for business retreats, team reflection, and founder off-sites.
Morning-light movement, sauna and hot tub scenes, and the slow-living aesthetic done right.
Quiet desert corners styled for authors, journalers, and anyone chasing a deadline with a view.
Pool floaties, the life-size chess board, and the grills going — the multigenerational getaway, no staging required.
One long table under the palms — girlfriends' reunions, family gatherings, and dinners that run late.
Get featured
Every attendee — and their company — can apply to be part of the programming. Lead a session in your zone of genius, be spotlighted as a featured artist or business, or place your product in every guest's hands.
A photo walk, a floral moment, a styling workshop, a sound bath — pitch the session only you could lead.
A spotlight in the weekend's programming and event content — your work, in front of the whole house.
Place your product in the Founder House Carry-On welcome tote — unpacked, photographed, and carried home by every guest.
Open to all ticket holders. Feature slots are limited and curated — apply after booking.
The give back
Every booking at Founder House is matched with our in-house grant funding through the Cassandra McClure Business Grant — supporting women in business who don't yet have the resources to be in rooms like this. When you buy your ticket, you're not just investing in yourself. You're helping put another woman founder at the table.
Each quarter, we award 2–3 women founders full scholarships to events and experiences like Founder House — no cost, all in.
Grant recipients receive private 1:1 mentoring to work through what's actually holding their business back.
Introductions, features, and doors opened — the network access that propels a business, extended to founders who need it most.
"Book your room, and a woman who couldn't afford this gets her seat too. That's the house we're building."
Reserve your room
Tickets available on Luma and Eventbrite. When the rooms are gone, they're gone.
7 rooms · 14 beds
Only 10 private rooms · books first
Only 1 suite available
Available with Private King Room and Sofia Suite tickets. Share your room with a partner, friend, or business associate — your companion enjoys the estate, the pools, snacks & beverages, the networking night, movie night, and full Creator Day access.
The big day
The house opens up for one day of programming built for creators and the founders who work with them — panels, content stations, and the kind of room where partnerships actually start.
